Terms of Use for Cyberscam Defense Platform

Effective Immediately

This legally binding agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of Cyberscam Defense ("Platform, "Website", "we," "us," or "our"), including all online courses, forums, e-commerce services, wikis, blogs, and related technologies. By accessing the Platform, you irrevocably agree to these Terms. If you do not accept these terms, immediately cease all use.

1. Acceptance and Modifications

Binding Acceptance: Your use constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms. Additional policies (Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy) are incorporated herein.
Unilateral Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. No prior notice is required.

2. Platform Services

Cyberscam Defense provides:

Online Courses: Self-paced training modules (e.g., cybersecurity techniques).
Community Forum: User-generated discussion boards.
E-commerce: Sale of courses, merchandise, and subscriptions.
Wiki/Blog: Informational resources and editorial content. We may terminate or alter any service without notice or liability.

3. User Obligations

A. Account Requirements

Users must be ≥18 years old or have parental consent.
You are solely responsible for account security and all activities under your credentials.

B. Prohibited Activities

You may not engage in the following:

Illegal actions, such as hacking, fraud, or copyright infringement.
Abusive conduct, including harassment, hate speech, or doxxing.
Commercial exploitation, such as reselling course content, scraping data, or creating derivative works.
Actions compromising platform integrity, such as introducing malware, disrupting servers, or circumventing paywalls.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership: All content (courses, software, logos, wikis) is owned by Cyberscam Defense or licensors. No rights are transferred to you.
User Contributions: By posting on forums/wikis/blogs, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, global license to use, modify, and commercialize your content without compensation.
Course Licensing: Purchased courses grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal use only. Redistribution is strictly prohibited.

5. E-Commerce Terms

Payments: All fees are non-refundable unless legally required. We may cancel orders suspected of fraud.
Pricing/Availability: Prices and course access periods may change without notice. We limit sales to any jurisdiction/person at our discretion.
Returns/Refunds: Except where mandated by law, all sales are final. No refunds for dissatisfaction or unused services.

6. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

"As Is" Service: The Platform is provided without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a purpose. We disclaim all implied warranties.
No Liability: We are not liable for damages (direct, indirect, or consequential) arising from Platform use, user-generated content, or third-party links/services.
Maximum Liability Cap: If we are found liable, damages are capped at $100 USD or the amount paid to us in the past 6 months, whichever is lower.

7. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice for any violation, including:

Breach of these Terms.
Suspicion of illegal activity.
Operational necessity.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Cyberscam Defense harmless from all claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) related to:

Your use of the Platform.
Your content or conduct.
Violations of third-party rights (e.g., copyright infringement).

9. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: Disputes are governed by Hong Kong S.A.R., China law, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
Mandatory Arbitration: Claims must be resolved through binding arbitration; class actions and jury trials are waived.
Venue: Legal actions must be filed in Hong Kong S.A.R, China.

10. Miscellaneous

Assignment: We may transfer this Agreement without consent. You may not assign your obligations.
Severability: If any provision is invalid, other terms remain enforceable.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

BY USING CYBERSCAM DEFENSE, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND UNCONDITIONALLY ACCEPT THESE TERMS. THESE TERMS PRIORITIZE PLATFORM PROTECTIONS TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
